I carry no magic wand nor do I offer any silver bullets. You might be surprised to learn you already own them. My job as your confidential personal and business coach and mentor is to help you recognize them.

Adam Smith said, “When we are in the middle of a paradigm, it is hard to see any other paradigm.” Making significant or lasting change in how we manage the business of our lives requires that we “see” through different glasses.

My purpose as a personal and business coach is to help my clients get big results, and bring about the change they seek in their careers, their sales results, their business profits or their lives, by helping them slip off their glasses and see what they have not been able to see.

The result is unseen options, new discoveries and a pathway to reaching your goals at work and in life. My personal coaching often transforms lives.

Life coaching works because it facilitates these changes. All it takes are two things: 1) that there be a gap between where you are and where you want to be, and 2) your willingness to take action in order to get what you want.

As a personal and business coach, I work with people to help them move from where they are to where they want to be in their personal lives, their careers, their sales and their businesses. I have coached business owners, start-ups, managers, CEO’s, Realtors and other professionals, individually and in groups. I have coached people through those mid-life hoops and into their truly creative years.
